　　　　　　１．Under the environment of NET Framework, download 【NMSEOTools.zip】and decompress it.
　　　　　　２．After the decompression is finished, the following cursor can be seen.
　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　３．Once you lick the cursor, you can get a license.
　　　　　　４．Input the license, and click the cursor ‘ok’.
　　　　　　５．Finish downloading as mentioned above, a cursor will appear on the left.
